POLIGOF remains steadfast in its commitment to investment, viewing it as the driving force behind the company’s growth and innovation. - In July 2026, Poligof will commission a new production line dedicated to folded underpads, further strengthening its position in the market and expanding its product offering.
- Furthering its strategy to continually upgrade its technological capabilities, Poligof will also introduce a state-of-the-art W+H 8-colour high-speed press in February 2027. This investment is part of an ongoing initiative to modernise the machinery park and respond to the increasing demand for high-quality synchronised printed backsheet films.
POLIGOF presents new “PoliECO” breathable films and laminates, advancing the company’s commitment to reducing virgin plastic and supporting eco-friendly production.
PoliECO films use internally regenerated plastics from controlled production scrap (“pre-consumer recycled” materials), cutting waste and lowering carbon emissions by an impressive 83%.
All PoliECO products are Oeko-Tex 100 certified: no compromise for softness, safety, and performance.

Poligof continues its strategy to invest in new production assets
A new multilayer high speed extrusion line, having a capacity of 300+ M sqm / year and capable of producing a <12 gsm breathable film is being installed in Mira (Venice) plant.
It follows a sister line, installed in 2023 and currently running at full capacity.
It will be operational in October 2025 and will allow Poligof to penetrate new market segments where state-of-the-art technology is needed.

Poligof has activated a large solar installation at its largest factory in Mira, Venice – Italy.
The new solar installation will cover 10,000 sqm and will produce approximately 1 GWh, equivalent to the yearly consumption of around 350 households and 450 ton/year CO2 reduction.
This is part of a global project, aimed to reduce the Company carbon footprint and the dependence on fossil-based energy.
